Jubilee Lunch
We so enjoyed our whole school Jubilee lunch—thank you to Rose and the kitchen staff for providing the special menu, including delicious cake! We also enjoyed singing both ‘Sing’ and then of course the National Anthem—which was also signed by Year 6. Our thanks to Rev’d Daniel who came and led us in this prayer of thanks for the Queen) and said a grace before we enjoyed our lunch together.
A Prayer for her Majesty the Queen
Gracious God, we give you thanks
For the reign of your servant Elizabeth our Queen,
And for the example of loving and faithful service which she has shown among us.
Help us to follow her example of dedication
And to commit our lives to you and to one another,
Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
