Year 4 Magnolia Class had a wonderful time on their residential to Sayers Croft this week!

They got to do some orienteering, visit an old air raid shelter from back when Sayers Croft camp was used for children leaving London in WWII, went for a trip to the stream where they learnt about the features of it, as well as catching some little critters in the water to determine the pollution levels. They also got to practice making fires and forming defensive lines using shields. They then finished up the trip with a pond study where they found tadpoles, fish and all kinds of sea creatures.
