On Tuesday 25th March Year 5 took their Tempest puppets to a poetry writing workshop in the morning, based on their characters. In the afternoon, Michael Rosen led a session all about Shakespeare and taught them some of his poems.

Even more exciting than that, some of the class got to share their own poems with Michael and the other schools there. Of course, we then had to ask him for autographs for everyone - he even signed Tanvi’s plaster cast! Ms Sharp was just as excited as the class as he is one of her heroes!
